With rhythmic training and latin music the spiral muscles go in movement und decrease the pressure on the intervertebral disks.
Elastic ropes strengthen weak muscles and stretch tense muscles. The dysbalances of the body are balanced by stabilization-, strengthening and mobilization exercises.
It ´s also important for athletes to improve the power and avoid injury.
It is possible to adapt this training method to children, on a playful way to compensate posture problems and weak growth.
