MEDITATION AND SELF-AWARENESS IN MOVEMENT (OUTDOOR ACTIVITY)
In our modern and often chaotic society, students have more and more the necessity to slow down and reconnect again with themselves. For this reason I would like to introduce slow exercises, in which we take time to learn to become more conscious of our breathing, positions and body movement where feeling and observing is fundamental. At the same time we will work with exercises using the beautiful natural environment to find our inner stillness and harmony, reconnecting with nature and regaining our energy and inner force.

CREATIVE MOVEMENT AND COMMUNICATION (INDOOR ACTIVITY) Very often students move in a standardized way, without awareness or creativity. They are not used to create spontaneously their movements, to invent them without a prearranged plan, both when moving individually as well as in interaction with the others. In these lessons we will use creative movement, dance and theatre exercises to rediscover our expressive and creative abilities, bringing fluidity and spontaneity in our movements building up self-confidence and improve our communication with others.
