Has been working as a physical education teacher at Prienai Gymnasium “Ziburys” for 30 years. For 25 years worked at the “Amazon Gym” health and wellness sports club, and for 20 years at the Lithuanian Sports University.
Constantly leads workshops and classes for Lithuanian PE teachers. A member of methodological group on development and improvement Lithuanian PE teaching programs.

A new and exciting program of exercises to develop students’ balance and coordination in physical education.
Twice (two days before lunch, or one day before and afternoon).
Sandbags two for each participant (90g, 90×110mm). The activity requires a gym with lines of various courts on the floor.
