Bodyart: Stretch and Flow
Bodyart: Structure
The BODYART class is a holistic functional training session that combines elements of yoga, Pilates, strength, and therapy exercises. BODYART Stretch and Flow focuses on the flow of energy and the synergy between breathing and movement. The class is based on the principle of Yin & Yang - the polarities. There is no fixed structure since the principle of yin and yang is about connecting the opposites. In BODYART Stretch and Flow the body is moved, positioned and indeed challenged holistically and with polarity in focus to increase stability, mobility and flexibility. The goal for course participant is to enjoy the movements, individually or in combination. This class is suitable for all fitness levels. The method is performed barefoot, allowing a natural connection with the ground and improved body control.
The BODYART Structure class is a holistic functional training session that combines elements of yoga, Pilates, strength, and therapy exercises. The focus is on balancing body, mind, and energy, emphasizing correct breathing, posture, and controlled movements. This class is based on the principle of Yin & Yang - the polarities. Participants work through a structured sequence of exercises that strengthen deep stabilizing muscles, improve flexibility and coordination, and promote physical and mental awareness. This class is suitable for all fitness levels. The method is performed barefoot, allowing a natural connection with the ground and improved body control.
