Morning Movement Meditation

(MSci Sport, E-RYT-500) is a Finnish educator with 40 years of experience in Health and Physical Education. For the past 25 years, she has integrated yoga, mindful movement, breathing and Yoga Nidra - deep relaxation practices into her teaching. Deepening the Yoga journey through the teachings of Integral Yoga she has trained extensively in Hatha (basic, intermediate, advanced), Raja Yoga (focus on the Mind), Yoga Therapy (Healing Yoga). As a Yoga Trainer she also organizes Hatha Yoga Basic Teacher Trainings (RYT-200h). Retired -22 from Vocational College, where she taught yoga classes daily, including to students from diverse cultural backgrounds, witnessing firsthand the transformative effects of Yoga. She has also shared her knowledge internationally at conferences and seminars, including the Yoga Conference in Zinal organized by the European Union of Yoga, PE Seminar Vierumäki Finland and SportForum Mals. Every morning 7:45-8:20 we'll do gentle opening movements and use various simple breathing and meditation practices to bring the focus to the present, precious moment. Breathing and movement practices followed by silent meditation will open the body, mind and heart for a new day! We'll be waking up together, breathing and stretching surrounded by the most beautiful Nature. You are warmly welcome once, twice or every morning to create a habit that leads for more "Easeful Body & Peaceful Mind".

This yoga class will prepare you for this coming week of action. With gentle hatha yoga practice we'll give the body easy opening stretches. With Pranayama, breathing practices and combining the breath and movement mindfully we'll calm the mind to be more focused on each precious moment. These practices done by the attitude of loving kindness and acceptance will open our body, mind and heart!

This class offers a gentle yet dynamic practice centered on the Sun Salutation series. We flow smoothly from one asana to the next, weaving together guided sequences and moments of free movement. Accompanied by music, the practice builds through individually inspired movement, leading into stillness and deep silence. You'll also experience the power of Mantra music, resetting peacefulness and openess of the mind and heart!

Free movement - looking for some challenges in the beautiful surroundings of Malles. we will move from a close by trailhead and explore various type of terrain by scrambling, walking, running and experience a gentle Asahi lesson in the middle of the most beautiful Nature. Asahi Nordic Method: Your Path to Universal Well-being Asahi is a versatile health exercise suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Originating from Finland, Asahi is known for its holistic approach, incorporating gentle movements synchronized with slow breathing. Whether you're an athlete seeking post-workout recovery or an individual looking for stress relief, Asahi offers a fitness program that caters to everyone. 

At the top of the mountain, surrounded by the most magnificent beauty of the Alps, we'll restore and recharge the body, mind and soul. According to Ayerveda (the Science of Life) we are made of the same 5 elements of Nature: Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether. Practicing gentle breathing and movement practices of Yoga and Asahi we'll easily balance the elements in us and experience the Oneness with the Nature. The reconnection with the Nature can be sealed by swimming/dipping in the chrystal clear mountain lake! We are enveloped in the arms Of Mother Nature! Come and get recharged by the harmonious beauty and energy of the Nature of South Tirol! 

In this class, you'll live the method and enjoy the benefits of Yoga- with a Friend. You'll be guided through a shared experience involving postures, breathing, and the connection between the two of you. Deepening your relationship with your friend, you'll discover new levels of mutual support and harmony. Together, create a yoga space that strengthens not only your bodies but also your bond. With this straightforward teaching, you'll effortlessly share this unique experience with your students. Touch is an integral part of partner yoga. Leverage and kinesthetic awareness all heighten the body's ability to perform and make it possible to go more deeply into poses with less effort caused by the help of your partner. We touch and are touched by others. We feel and are felt by the other. We use the touch that we receive to increase our awareness of ourself and each other opening ourselves to greater depths in interaction with another person as well as in our own body, mind and heart!
