Lesson Overview
Mountain Running
We’ll head out together for a run up the mountain close by, combining exercise with fresh air and great views. The pace will be steady (around 6–7 min/km), so some running experience is needed. Along the way, we’ll also practice simple but useful techniques to make uphill and downhill running feel easier — like how to use your arms more efficiently and stay light on your feet. It’s about challenging yourself, learning a few tricks, and enjoying the trail together.
