In this course, you will learn step by step the basics of the most beautiful standard and social dances. Each lesson is dedicated to a particular dance style – with lots of joy, music, and movement.
Discofox is a modern social dance that originated in the 1970s. It is characterized by simple basic steps that can be learned quickly, as well as many turns and wrapping figures. Discofox can be danced to a wide variety of music, from pop and schlager to modern club music.
