Small Exercises, Big Impact

We run, jump, and train - often without real preparation. Even experienced athletes often neglect preventive work. This session explores the question: why? With simple exercises and minimal equipment, we build a strong foundation for healthy movement. Focus areas include feet, fascia, and common weak points such as ankles, hips, and core. Practical tips and effective tools (e.g. mini bands) help prevent injuries and improve resilience - not just for runners, but for athletes of all disciplines.
