It's time to approach the game in stages. In these first of a two part lesson, we look into a playful way to approch the final form of 5v5 Ultimate. The aim is to slowly introduce the rules and gradually up the complexity of the game. We start with parallel ultimate, a game form without defence where the teams compete side by side, moving closer through a game variant without out of bounds and 3v3 small field play.

In this second lesson on the playful approach we start start playing 5v5, first without a disc! Then we move up through another game form with no out of bounds and finaly tackle the true 5v5 game.
