Lesson Overview

Agility & Psychokinetics in Teamsports 1

In modern team sports, physical speed is only half the battle. True performance lies in agility & psychokinetics - the ability to synchronize mental agility with physical reactivity.

Psychokinetic training empowers athletes to process game situations and execute movements under pressure through the use of immediate feedback.

Our mission as teachers and coaches: To bridge the gap between "moving fast" and "thinking fast." Our goal is to ensure athletes can decode complex scenarios and react optimally in every split second of the game.

Workshop structure:

Throughout these two sessions, we will explore a progression of exercises, challenges, and competitive games (both with and without the ball) designed to sharpen these skills.

Session 1: foundational reactivity & sport specific agility

•Focus: psychokinetic abilities and coordination.

•Application: Versatile drills suitable for all ages and P.E. levels.
