Swimming turns

Many swimmers practice in 25m pools whereby the turns become crucial in improving their personal best times if not their endurance. In this course, we will discuss and practice the approach to the wall, the turn and the underwater movement technique. Teachers who teach swimming will benefit from this course which is based on refining technique.

Swimming Starts

When swimmers hear "Take your marks", their actions can lead into a great swim or slow start. In this course we will unpack the start technique and practice drills that will help swimmers learn or refine their start techniques.
