Leading sport and fitness classes in Hotels, Sportclubs and other groups, like Trampolin Jump, Indoor Cycling, Pilates, Functional Training- Working abroad in Spain, Greece and Austria.

Pilates Flow
Pilates is based on concentration, control, breathing and flow of movement. My classes are mainly practiced on a mat, but material will also be used. The focus of the training is on strengthening the core, the so called "powerhouse". This Pilates Flow Classes are suitable for everyone, regardless of age, gender or fitness level.
