Water Polo

During this lesson, participants will be divided into a few groups( 3-5 persons each). We will proceed  it with three stages. The first stage will be on the ground with a few dryland skills like holding the ball, passing and some basic tactics/straetgies/rules of how to play water polo games. The second stage will be in the water with basic drills like different ways of treading water, passing and dribbling the ball while swimming. The last stage, I will organize some min games so that most of the participants get a taste of the real fun competition feeling!
