- born in Lima, Peru, in 1979.
- From a young age, he dedicated himself to modern and folkloric dance from his home country.
- He has been passionate about fitness and sports since his teenage years.
- In 1995, he moved to Italy and completed his high school education, earning a diploma.
- Through his main sport, Capoeira, he reconnected with Latin American culture and music, leading him to pursue further studies in the fitness sector.
- He obtained a certification as a Personal Fitness Trainer.
- Dance and fitness became his primary focus.
He always dreamed of combining his passion with his profession and now, he teaches various disciplines including Zumba®, Salsation®, and STRONG by Zumba™

Zumba

STRONG by Zumba

Zumba® is a group fitness class that uses the rhythms and movements of Afro-Caribbean music, mixed with traditional aerobic movements. Its main objective is to create high caloric consumption through its variable intensity. Moreover, the music and choreographies are primarily intended to entertain participants, helping them forget the physical effort, resulting in high caloric consumption. The choreographies are specifically designed to provide participants with high-intensity cardiovascular work, and a high degree of toning, mainly focusing on legs and buttocks. Zumba was created by dancer and choreographer Beto Perez in 1990 in Colombia.
